Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with WXC Customs. All of our products are custom 3D printed to order, so please allow some time for production before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and printed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after fulfillment
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wilckychery681@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
